I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for all the work on the CR-V!.  At 165k miles she needed some TLC after suffering for years from a well meaning-but ill trained mechanic.  From the start I felt comfortable that I was dealing with a knowledgable and honest mechanic.
